REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

Please note that once you order a personalized item, we begin working on it right away. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations on personalized orders. Because our pieces are made with you in mind, our personalized items are non-refundable. As long as your customized order is still being processed and has not been shipped, we will do our best to alter the order with any changes you request. Please send us an email at help@mytokenoflove.com with any alterations.

You may cancel your order for non-customized items within 48 hours of placing it. You can change/cancel your order as long as your order is still processing and has not been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to change/cancel your order as it is on it's way to you already. Please reach out to us at help@mytokenoflove.com with any questions/concerns. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

At My Token of Love, we aim to please! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on non-personalized items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If there is a defect with your order, we will replace it at no additional cost!

Non-Refundable

We also do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased using a discount code.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as if any item arrives not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please contact us at info@mytokenoflove.com if you have any questions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card company. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not accept refunds/returns for items purchased using a discount code.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at info@mytokenoflove.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance seeing as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
