How should I take care of my jewelry?
Our stainless steel based jewelry is tarnish and water resistant. Keep away from cleaners, soaps, lotions, perfumes and any other liquids as these solutions may damage the layer of gold or silver plating and can cause discoloration.

Gently wipe your pieces clean with a scratch-free cloth and store either in a jewelry box or cloth pouch. Also, hang necklaces to ensure that they won't tangle.

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel and either gold, rose gold or silver plated and made from stainless steel. We offer the highest quality in our personalized jewelry, so you know you're getting the best when you order from us! 

What are your shipping and delivery times?

Please note that personalized items are extra special and take a little extra time. It'll be worth it when you share your token of love with your special someone! We offer free shipping worldwide via standard shipping. Please allow 1-3 days for us to fulfill your orders. Our processing and shipping time are approx. 15 business days. Our delivery time ranges from 7 - 10 business days. What about tracking my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, once you place your order. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive another email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. What about returns?

By placing an order on 'My Token of Love', you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our headquarters. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return. Please note that personalized items are made special just for you! For this reason, customized items are non-refundable. 

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes, you can change/cancel your order as long as your order is still processing and has not been shipped. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to change/cancel your order as it is on it's way to you already. Please reach out to us at with any questions/concerns.
